StingZapper.com – Returns and Cancellations Policy

• Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Order Cancellation must be made within 12 hours of placing your order, since we ship most orders within 24 hours of placement.
• Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. All requests must be made in writing to: CustomerService@StingZapper.com and must include the following;
  • Buyers Name
  • Date of purchase
  • Shipping address
  • Daytime phone number
  • Name of the item to be returned
  • Reason for returning it.
  • All returns must be made in their original packaging and be resalable condition.
  • Buyer must pay the cost of postage to return an item to the company.
  • We charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
